Return Policy

Aurora Home Hardware makes every effort to stock the products you need. Whatever we don't have in-stock, we will be more than happy to special order for you wherever possible. If any item fails to please, please note the following return policies:

Catalogue Item Returns	We will gladly accept any regularily stocked catalogue merchandise, regardless of where purchased, for refund, or exchange, within 30 days of purchase. Simply return the product to us in its original packaging accompanied by the bill of sale.
Special Orders	We will gladly order special items for you. Note: there may be a deposit required at time of order. There are No Returns on special orders and/or non-stock items.
Final Sale Items	There is No return on item receipts stamped Final Sale.
Season Items Exchange	Certain seasonal items (ie air conditioners and heaters) are sold as exchange only. No Returns or Refunds .
